Well, hello there! We’re so excited that you’re here and thought that it was only proper to introduce (or re-introduce) ourselves. We’re Dreamhaus Creative (formerly Melissa Reyes Creative) – a full-service photo agency and creative studio specializing in playful, dreamy imagery and stop motion. We often work with brands in the beauty, wellness and lifestyle markets, but we’re always up for a challenge and are constantly trying to step outside of the box and expand our skills.
We’ve been working for the last three years under Melissa Reyes Creative, but recently I felt like we had outgrown the brand. I wanted to create a space that we could scale into more than just a one-woman show. Aside from the new studio name, we’ve made a few more changes around here. If you’re reading this, you’re already aware that we have a new “temporary” website. We’re patiently waiting for our updated branding and website design to be completed, but needed something in the interim to hold us over. In the meantime, we’ll be posting new client work and studio updates, as well as BTS content, inspiration and tips for other creatives here on our blog.
We’ve also decided to add two additional services to our menu that we’re super excited about. First, we’re introducing “The Minimalist” – a one-time photography package available to small businesses and startups who don’t yet have a massive budget for photography, but are still in need of quality, professional content. We’ll set aside a limited number of spots per year to provide our services to brands who are just getting their footing and we’ll be giving priority to BIPOC & women owned businesses or brands who offer a charitable component.
On the other side of the coin, we’ll be offering in-depth content strategy combined with content creation. We’ll dive deeper into your brand, your products and your customers to determine the best way to visually communicate your brand story to the world and uncover the potential of strategic profit for our clients. This service goes hand-in-hand with our content subscription package. Being able to collaborate on a content plan over a series of months will help to maintain brand consistency. We’ll dig into the nitty-gritty of these two services in an upcoming blog post but if you have any questions, shoot us an email! We’re always happy to help.
Last, but not least, we’re currently booking into September and October. The last part of the year tends to book up quickly for many commercial photographers and while it’s painful to be discussing Thanksgiving and Christmas in July, it’s time to start thinking about your holiday content. Reach out to us via email or go directly to our intake form to start the creative process. We’re so excited to get to know you!
